About us

“Stolwierk”, “acierie” in French, is the name given by Marcello and Mick Loguercio to this restaurant which is located in the heart of Esch Belval, on the former largest steel site in Luxembourg. After studying at the hotel school in Diekirch, Marcello first became the owner of the Joslet restaurant in 2015. In 2021, he embarked on the Stolwierk adventure with his brother Mick!

It is in the heart of this site which mixes tradition and modernity that Bruno and his team have the chance to express their culinary creativity and to put it at your service. From classic recipes, reworked to the taste of the day, to the flavours of Luxembourg’s terroir, everything has been thought of so that you will enjoy yourself.
